Cut each chicken wing into 2 pieces, discard tips. Place chicken in shallow baking dish (9 x 13-inch dish works best).
In saucepan combine soy sauce, water, butter, Pioneer Golden Light Brown Sugar and dry mustard; heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour marinade over wings. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 300° F. Bake 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Can also be cooking in slow cooker on low setting for 3-4 hours.
Add a little more brown sugar if you want the sauce a little sweeter.
