Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large mixing bowl, mix shortening, white granulated Pioneer Sugar, eggs, and blueberries.
In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add to berry mixture alternately with milk. Spoon in to coated muffin pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven a cool for 5 minutes.
Mix white granulated Pioneer Sugar and cinnamon together in a large open bowl (pie plate works best). Dip muffin in melted butter and roll muffins in sugar mixture.
