Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a mixing bowl cream the butter and white granulated Pioneer Sugar until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes). Add eggs; beat another 2 minutes. Add half of the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and all the mashed banana’s and beat 2 minutes. Add the rest of the flour and beat. Stir in the walnuts.
Pour into a greased & floured 9-inch bread pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Remove and cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
