Prepare Strawberry Layer: In a small bowl, mash chopped strawberries with Pioneer White Granulated Sugar and vanilla extract until juicy and slightly chunky. For a smoother texture, blend the mixture.
Whisk Matcha: Add matcha powder and hot water to a bowl. Whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy with no lumps remaining.
Assemble Drink: Fill a glass with ice cubes. Spoon the strawberry mixture into the bottom of the glass.
Add Milk: Slowly pour milk over the strawberries and ice to create the middle layer.
Finish with Matcha: Gently pour the whisked matcha over the milk to create the signature layered look.
Serve: Stir before drinking or enjoy the layers as they blend together naturally.
