Set the oven to 400 degrees.
Roll the puff pastry and cut into tree triangles.
Mix the raspberry jam and minced rosemary together.
Spread the mixture on the first layer of the pastry. Cover with a second pastry.
In a bowl, whisk an egg with 1 teaspoon of water. Brush this over the pastry.
Cut a slice every 3 inches and twist the strips.
Bake for 12-15 minutes and then dust with Pioneer Powdered Sugar.
