  • 1-2 lbs. venison chops
  • 1 C Italian dressing
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 4 T. Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar


  1. Pound venison chops with a meat hammer to tenderize, then cut into serving-size pieces. In a large sealable bag add Italian dressing, soy sauce and Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar. Add venison to mixture and let marinate overnight.
  2. Grill venison for approximately 10 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with Lawry’s seasoning, if desired.
