Strawberry Vinaigrette

  • 1 C olive oil
  • ½ pint strawberries, tops cut off
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ tsp. dried leaf tarragon, crumbled
  • ¼ tsp. Pioneer® Sugar


  1. Combine oil, berries, vinegar, salt, pepper, tarragon and Pioneer® Sugar in a blender. Blend until the berries are pureed. Chill for about an hour, serve on salad.
