Rosie’s No Bake Cookies

  • 2 ½ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ C milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 C peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 C quick cooking oats


  1. Combine Pioneer® Sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan. On medium heat, bring to a boil for one full minute.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. Mix until oatmeal is well coated.
  3. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Let cool for a least 30 minutes.
  4. Store in sealed container – cookies also keep well in refrigerator or freezer!
