Raspberry Pie

  • 3 T cornstarch
  • 1 ½ C water
  • 1 C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 LG box raspberry Jell-O®
  • 1 qt. fresh raspberries, washed
  • 1 tub Cool Whip®
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust (store bought)


  1. Bring cornstarch, water and Pioneer® Sugar to a boil in a saucepan; cook until it thickens. Stir in the box of raspberry Jell-O®; stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool approximately 25 minutes.
  2. Fold raspberries into prepared mixture. Pour into the prepared crust and chill in the refrigerator to set. Add Cool Whip® when you are ready to serve.
