  • ½ can (24 oz.) pineapple juice
  • 1 can pineapple chunks or crushed
  • 1 C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 pork tenderloin

  1. Place juice, pineapple and Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar into large pan and bring to a boil. Add tenderloin and simmer for one hour.
  2. When the internal temperature is at about 150° remove tenderloin, place in baking dish and bake in 475° oven for about 15 minutes. Continue to simmer the sauce in pan while the tenderloin is in the oven. (If you’d like to thicken before putting on tenderloin, add a little cornstarch and water to boiling sauce.)
  3. Brush sauce onto tenderloin and bake for 5-10 minutes longer or until brown. Slice tenderloin and pour remaining sauce over tenderloin to taste.
