  • 2 C all-purpose flour
  • 2 C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ¾ C cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 LG can crushed pineapple, drained


  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ C butter, softened
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 4 C Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; set aside.
  2. Combine flour, Pioneer® Sugar, baking soda and salt together. Make a dent in the center and add eggs, cooking oil and vanilla; mix together well. Fold in pineapple until blended. Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Icing Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla and Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar; beat until creamy. Spread on cooled cake.
