  • 1 C butter
  • ¾ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 1/3 C flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ½ C pecans, chopped
  • ½ C shredded coconut


  1. Preheat oven to 3500 F.
  2. Cream the butter and Pioneer® Sugar together. Stir in flour and baking soda; blend. Add in vanilla and vinegar; mix.  Stir in pecans and coconut; mix well. 
  3. Drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 12 – 15 minutes or until raised and lightly browned.
