Peanutty Chocolate Banana Bread

  • 2 C all-purpose flour
  • 1 C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 T baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 C mashed banana (approx. 2 bananas)
  • ⅓ C milk
  • ⅓ C peanut butter
  • 3 T vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C chocolate chips
  • ⅓ peanuts, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a large loaf pan; set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl stir together flour, Pioneer® Sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl beat banana, milk, peanut butter and oil. Add the egg and mix well. Slowly add the flour mixture and blend until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips and peanuts. Pour dough into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes or until done.
