Peanut Butter Swirl Bars

  • ½ C peanut butter
  • ⅓ C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • ¾ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine the peanut butter, Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar and Pioneer® Sugar; beat until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, and baking powder; mix together well. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 5 minutes, remove from oven and run a knife through to marbleize. Return to oven for an additional 25 minutes.
