  • 1 pkg. OREO® cookies
  • 1 stick of butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ C Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip®
  • 1 LG pkg. instant chocolate pudding


  1. In a food processor chop OREO® cookies into fine pieces. Take out ½ cup of crumbs and set aside. Cut butter into pieces and add to cookie crumbs; mix. In a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, spread the crumb mixture on the bottom for the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar; beat until well blended. Gently fold in half a tub of the Cool Whip®, spread over crust.
  3. In a small bowl, make chocolate pudding according to directions; spread over cream cheese mixture to create the next layer. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip® over the chocolate pudding. Sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs on top.
  4. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving. Store left over dessert in refrigerator.
