  • 1 C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 C dark Karo® syrup
  • 1 ½ C crunchy peanut butter
  • 8 C Special K® cereal
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) butterscotch chips


  1. In a large mixing bowl, lightly spay the bowl with cooking oil and add the cereal; set aside.
  2. Lightly spray a cookie sheet or brownie pan with cooking oil; set aside.
  3. In a heavy sauce pan bring Pioneer® Sugar and Karo® syrup to boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and mix well. Pour over cereal and mix well. Press this mixture into the pan.
  4. In a separate pot, melt the chocolate chips and the butterscotch chips together. When completely melted, frost the cereal. Let cool, then serve and enjoy!
