  • 2 ½ C flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 C shortening
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) M&M candies


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. In mixing bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt together; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, Pioneer® Sugar, shortening and vanilla; beat until creamy. Add eggs and beat. Gradually stir in dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in M&M candies. Bake 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
