Michigan Blueberry Crisp

  • 4 C Michigan blueberries, washed
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • ⅓ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • ⅓ C flour
  • ⅓ C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¾ C quick cooking rolled oats
  • 4 T butter, softened


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Arrange blueberries in baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and Pioneer® Sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl combine flour, Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, cinnamon and oats. Cut in butter until mixture is evenly blended and crumbly. Spread mixture on berries and bake for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm with heavy cream or ice cream.
