Jalapeno Pepper Jelly

  • 4 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed
  • ¾ C green pepper, seeds removed
  • 1 ½ C cider vinegar
  • 6 C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 bottle or 2 packets liquid pectin


  1. In a blender combine jalapeno peppers, green peppers and cider vinegar. Puree for 5 minutes. Pour into a saucepan. Add Pioneer® Sugar and bring to a boil; gently boil for 3 minutes. Add pectin to the mixture. Pour into jars and seal.

*WARNING: Jalapeno pepper seeds can be extremely hot, wear gloves while handling peppers for safety reasons.
