Iced Nuts

  • 2 T butter
  • ½ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 ½ C favorite nuts
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ¾ tsp. salt


  1. Over medium heat in a heavy skillet, heat butter, Pioneer® Sugar and nuts until sugar has melted and is a golden brown. Stir mixture constantly (about 10 minutes). Stir in vanilla. Spread out on sheet of foil and sprinkle with salt. Cool and break into pieces.
