Homemade Egg Nog

  • ½ C egg substitute
  • ¾ C skim milk
  • 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 3 T Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 tsp. rum flavoring or ¼ C Rum
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg
  • cinnamon


  1. In a pitcher add egg substitute, skim milk and evaporated milk. Stir to blend together.
  2. Add Pioneer® Sugar, rum and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. When serving sprinkle the top with nutmeg and/or cinnamon
