  • 1 apple, finely chopped
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) ⅓ less-fat cream cheese
  • 2 T Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ C raisins
  • 1 carrot, shredded


  1. Mix apples and lemon juice to prevent browning; set aside.
  2. With a mixer, blend cream cheese, Pioneer® Sugar and cinnamon. Add raisins, carrot, and apple; mix well.
  3. Store tightly covered in a refrigerator for up to 4 days.
