Extreme Peanut Butter Brownies

  • ½ C margarine
  • ½ C creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 3 LG eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-½ C cake flour
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 C salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 C Reese’s® peanut butter chips


  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Reese’s® peanut butter chips
  • 4 T heavy cream
  • 1 C Reese’s® pieces


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan well; set aside.
  2. Cream together margarine, peanut butter, Pioneer® Sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend in flour, baking powder and salt; mix until smooth. Stir in peanuts and peanut butter chips.
  3. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes. Remove and cool to room temperature.

Frosting Directions:

  1. Heat cream in small heavy saucepan. Add peanut butter chips and stir until mixture is smooth. Spread on cooled brownies. Garnish with Reese’s pieces. When frosting is set, cut into pieces.
