  • 3 C milk, divided
  • 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • ¼ C cornstarch
  • ⅓ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


  1. Combine 2 ½ cups of the milk and all of the chocolate in a microwave safe deep bowl and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Make a smooth paste with the remaining ½ cup milk, cornstarch and Pioneer® Sugar. Add cornstarch mixture to chocolate mixture and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until boiling. Add vanilla, whisk well and pour into bowls. Chill at least 2 hours.
