Creamy Coleslaw

  • 2 T heavy cream
  • 2 T light mayonnaise
  • 1 T vinegar
  • ½ T Pioneer® Sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. celery seed
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 4 C shredded cabbage, packed (about 8 oz.)


  1. In a mixing bowl add heavy cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, Pioneer® Sugar, salt, celery seed and black pepper. Stir to blend.
  2. In a large bowl shred cabbage. Pour dressing over cabbage and mix well. Chill until cold (at least 1 hour) before serving.
