Cream Cheese Peach Bars

  • 3 C all-purpose flour
  • ¼ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 C cold butter


  • 2 C cream cheese, softened
  • 3 T Pioneer® Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cans (29 oz. ea.) sliced peaches, drained
  • OR
  • 13 small fresh peaches, peeled & diced mixed with 1 C Pioneer® Sugar


Crust Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; set aside.
  2. In bowl, combine flour, Pioneer® Sugar and baking powder; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture into bottom and up about an inch of the sides of the prepared baking pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Filling Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl blend cream cheese, Pioneer® Sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Stir in the drained peaches; mix until blended.
  2. Remove the crust from the oven and spoon the filling onto crust, spread evenly and carefully. Bake for an additional 35 minutes or until set. Serve cool or warm, and refrigerate leftovers.
