Corn Salad

  • 3 T apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 T canola oil
  • 1 T water
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 can (15 ½ oz.) sweet corn, drained
  • ½ C green bell pepper, chopped or sliced
  • ½ C red bell pepper, chopped or sliced
  • 1/3 C sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, diced


  1. In a large bowl whisk together apple cider vinegar, Pioneer® Sugar, oil, water, salt and pepper.
  2. Add corn, green pepper, red pepper, onion and tomato and toss well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
