  • 1 can (46-oz.) pineapple juice
  • 1 can (12-oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, softened
  • 1 can (12-oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, softened
  • 3 C cold water
  • 1 ½ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 4 qts. lemon-lime soda

  1. In sauce pan, heat water and dissolve Pioneer® Sugar. In punch bowl add orange & lemonade concentrate and pour heated sugar water over them to help break down more. Add pineapple juice; stir until everything is blended together. Freeze in a large container (ice cube trays work too).
  2. When semi-frozen, using an ice-cream scoop, scoop out and put into another container for easy accessibility. Freeze completely. Let stand approximately 1 hour before serving to start thawing.
  3. To serve; pour soda over frozen scoops in tall glass and stir. Garnish with decorative stick & pineapple slice.
