  • 1 ⅔ C all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 9 T butter, softened
  • 1 C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 LG eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ⅓ C butterscotch chips
  • ½ C cashews coarsely, chopped
  • ¼ C toffee bits
  • Pioneer® Confectioners Powdered Sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl of electric mixer, cream together butter and Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined. Reduce speed to low and add flour mixture beating until well combined. With wooden spoon stir in butterscotch chips, cashews and toffee bits.
  4. Spread into prepared pan; smoothing out top. Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean and they are golden brown and slightly firm to touch, about 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack. Dust with confectioners powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
