Savory Caramel Popcorn

  • ½ C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar
  • ¼ C water
  • 1 tsp. whole milk
  • 4 C popcorn, popped


  1. In saucepan dissolve Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar in water. Stir and bring to boil.
  2. Stirring often boil mixture for about 5 minutes (mixture will begin to thicken). Remove from heat and stir in milk.
  3. Cool to room temperature and pour over popcorn. Spray hands with nonstick cooking spray (often if needed) and form balls if desired.
