Blueberry Cream Dessert

  • 1 ¼ C graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 6 T butter or margarine, melted
  • ½ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • ¾ C cold water
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) blueberry yogurt
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ½ C whipping cream
  • 1 C fresh or frozen blueberries


  1. In a bowl combine cracker crumbs, the ¼ cup Pioneer® Sugar and the melted butter. Reserve ¼ cup crumb mixture. Press remaining crumbs in bottom of a 8-inch square pan.
  2. In a saucepan mix the ½ cup Pioneer® Sugar, gelatin, and water; heat and stir until gelatin and sugar is dissolved.
  3. Combine sour cream and yogurt in bowl; gradually blend in gelatin mixture; add vanilla. Chill until partially set.
  4. Whip the cream; fold in yogurt mixture and stir in the blueberries. Spread onto the crust and top with reserved crumbs. Keep chilled.
