  • 12 oz. bittersweet chocolate (good quality)
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) light vanilla yogurt
  • 1 ½ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 oranges, divided
  • 1 ½ C all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; set aside.
  2. Break up the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and place in microwave for about 1 minute on high until melted. Let cool slightly while beginning to mix remaining ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat yogurt with Pioneer® Sugar until blended. Beat in eggs one at a time. Zest and juice one orange and mix in with the batter. Blend in the melted chocolate.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together flour with the baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan. Spread to even out mixture in pan. Zest remaining orange over top of mixture. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until set.
