  • 2 C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ C vegetable oil
  • 2-½ C self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 C Michigan tart apples, diced, and peeled
  • 1 C walnuts, chopped
  • ¾ C butterscotch chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine Pioneer® Sugar, eggs and oil in a bowl, mix well. Stir in flour and cinnamon (batter will be thick). Stir in apples and nuts. Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips. Bake for 35-40 min. or until golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
