  • ½ C butter
  • 1 C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 1 C Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 T vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 C flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 C apples, peeled and chopped


  • ¼ C Pioneer® Sugar
  • 2 T cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam®; set aside.
  2. In a sauce pan or microwave safe bowl, melt butter. In mixing bowl add melted butter and beat in Pioneer® Sugar, Pioneer® Golden Light Brown Sugar, vanilla and eggs in bowl with a wooden spoon.
  3. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix.
  4. Fold in apples and stir until just combined. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
